Forty Hall & Estate is a Jacobean mansion with formal gardens, parkland and ornamental lakes located in the northern part of the North London Borough of Enfield. Both the Hall and Estate are owned and managed by Enfield Council. At the time of our consultancy, the Hall was closed undergoing refurbishment following a successful bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund to restore the historic fabric of the Hall and provide new services for visitors.
With the re-opening less than a year away, staff asked us to review the marketing plans for the re-launch, particularly taking into account the fact that the re-opening will take place around the time of the 2012 London Olympics.
