Improving the Quality of London Accommodation



A major study to look at the problems associated with the quality of accommodation in London and to review possible solutions including the National Quality Assurance Scheme, Fitness for Purpose and statutory registration. The study involved desk research, and consultation with key stakeholders and the industry, and the findings were used to inform the Mayor’s tourism policy for London.
