Bath and North East Somerset accommodation study



We carried out  a study of visitor accommodation in Bath and the surrounding area to provide supporting information for the Local Development Framework. This involved an audit of the existing accommodation, a review of current hotel performance, business and consumer surveys, a forecast of future bedspace demand, discussions with hotel operators and developers and a recommended development strategy for the City of Bath and the rural areas.
