Harrow Museum and Heritage Centre: Raising the profile

Harrow Museum and Heritage Centre is a collection of four buildings located in Headstone in the London Borough of Harrow. At its heart is Headstone Manor, the oldest surviving house in Middlesex and a rare example of a moated house. Also on the site is an impressive 150 foot long tithe barn, small barn and Granary.

The museum is in the process of bidding for a Heritage Lottery Fund grant. These funds, along with those of LBH, will enable the restoration of Headstone Manor and some refurbishment of the tithe barn. This report looks at how the refreshed facility should communicate better with, and broaden, its audience.
