Gad's Hill School was evacuating the house that was the last home of Charles Dickens, the family home where he lived with his family, wrote many of his finest works and where he eventually died. We worked with the school to help them formulate realistic plans for opening the house to visitors and meet the planning and tourism aspirations of the local authority.
