We produced, on behalf of Visit London, a toolkit for London Boroughs seeking to enhance the effectiveness of their tourism websites. The toolkit contained the results of latest research into the role of websites in travel planning and booking .Content was also devoted to providing practical tips on how to improve the effectiveness of borough websites. Amongst the subjects covered are the Role of Websites in Travel; search engine optimisation; usability - Improving the content of your website; Web 2.0  – A ‘must have’ or passing fad?; and  accessibility - making your website easy to use by all.
