Practical Marketing Toolkit for Visit London

Almost 1 in 10 (9%) of domestic staying visitors to London are from London itself whilst 3/4 of daytrippers to the Capital are local.In recognition of the importance of these local tourism markets, in 2005 Visit London asked us to prepare a toolkit designed to help staff working in London's 33 boroughs to attract more of these 'local tourists'. The toolkit included a step-by-step guide to marketing planning as well as a host of practical information. In 2010, we were asked to update the guide with case studies and further practical and low-cost marketing advice.
