Options for visitor surveys in the South Bank

In order to underpin future visitor marketing campaigns, South Bank Employer's Group (SBEG) wanted to gain a better understanding of their visitors through commissioning a visitor survey. The Tourism Company was called in to provide SBEG with information and costings on two possible methods of undertaking such a visitor survey producing a tailor-made face-to-face survey or adding questions and sampling points to the existing London Visitor Survey.
