We were commissioned to prepare a new tourism strategy for Ceredigion, west Wales, based on the principles of IQM and reflecting the new management and marketing arrangements across Wales. We undertook a survey of local operators and undertook extensive consultation. The project also involved a review of tourism skills development needs in the County.
