Marketing Strategy for Devon and East Dorset Coast World Heritage Site

n December 2001 a 95 mile stretch of coastline in Devon and East Dorset was designated by UNESCO as England’s first ‘natural’ World Heritage Site. This study encompassed the development of a marketing strategy and five-year action plan for the site and the wider area. The project entailed extensive consultation with the private and public sector, detailed assessment of the potential market segments to be pursued and clear indications of delivery methods.
